We are moving to a vertical deaning system. A study conducted by ERO (2012) outlined the favorable outcomes associated with the vertical grouping system. The benefits include: the form (wa whānau) teacher gaining a comprehensive understanding of the student's overall development throughout their school years, fostering a positive rapport between the form teacher and the student, and creating a framework that allows for the establishment of robust connections with both students' families and their career aspirations.
