Congratulations to Liam Fraser, Makaela Mathewson, and Ashley Mackie, who represented our school at the Canterbury Regional Japanese Quiz Competition held at Hornby High School.
Competing against junior Japanese learners from across the region, the team delivered an outstanding performance, leading for three of the five rounds and drawing for first place in the final round. After a challenging tie-breaker question, they finished in an impressive second place overall.
This is a fantastic achievement, and we are incredibly proud of the students for their knowledge, teamwork, and determination throughout the competition.
