Curriculum
All programmes of study meet National Curriculum requirements.
When working out programmes we aim to meet each student's individual needs.
This is done in consultation with parents/caregivers.
Year 9 Programme
This consists of compulsory subjects which run throughout the year:

Optional Subjects:
Students will have the opportunity to select their option subjects.
An option selection form will be sent to students once their enrolment has been confirmed.
This selection form will indicate the number of option subjects a student is required to choose.

We provide remedial or extension opportunities across a range of curriculum programmes.
At the beginning of the year all Year 9 classes take part in a Peer Support Orientation programme. Year 13 students, trained and assisted by staff, run this programme.
A wide range of co-curricular activities is provided to meet students' sporting, cultural and recreational needs. Our Wednesday sport programme offers students the opportunity to participate in many summer and winter sports.
